Jean G. Langer is the founder and Director of
Pro-Etiquette Interaction Consulting, an
etiquette consulting firm specializing in
business etiquette and social etiquette programs
for adults and children. In addition to earning
a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Maine
College of Art, she is trained and certified by
the Etiquette Institute, an international
organization based in St. Louis, Missouri.
Jean’s wide experience in life has
taught her the importance of building strong
relationships. She has seen firsthand how the
practice of good manners and proper etiquette
are keys to success. She is a creative and
successful entrepreneur who has owned and
managed a number of businesses and directed
dozens of projects. Jean is also the founder of
a nonprofit charitable organization and a youth
center. For more than a decade Jean, along with
her husband and two children, has owned and
operated the popular Silver Star Inn in Spring
Green, Wisconsin.
